Domaine Du Rodier is a breathtaking property in the middle of its own 75 acre plot. Set in tranquil, private grounds, the house perfectly blends historic character with modern luxury. We partnered to craft a new digital brand strategy, including a new website, photography, videography and a lively social media schedule that relies on organic posting to raise awareness and drive traffic to the website, also reducing dependence on costly ad spends and expensive business listings.
Digital Redesign
The new website was redesigned to showcase their newly refurbished rooms and amenities, tell the story of the hotel through relatable narratives to create emotional resonance, and spotlight customer reviews to build authority and trust.
The site includes a new landing page to support their new business vertical — wellness retreats — including luxury accommodation, a healthy menu and a daily programme of scheduled exercises, excursions and treatments.
The site also highlights many attractions in the surrounding areas of Cahors, Lot, Occitanie and Toulouse as a distinct competitor advantage.
Due to a high volume of traffic coming from social media, an excellent mobile experience was requisite, as was an efficient online booking system that also serves as an excellent lead nurture opportunity. 
Social Media Strategy
A busy social media schedule was created to keep Domaine Du Rodier top-of-mind on the channels most frequented by their target audiences. This comprises weekly in-house organic posting and monthly collaborations with renowned micro-influencers in the travel industry.
The social strategy also supports their business objectives of promoting bookings for weddings in January, retreats in June and September, and holidays in October and February.
Pitch Presentations
The site also includes links to interactive and informative pitch presentations that include speaker videos from the owner herself. Genevieve's stories and anecdotes add a personal touch that fosters familiarity and builds trust.
The presentations cover year-round events such as Christmas, weddings and retreats and because they are cloud-based, are always up to date with the latest content, pricing and imagery.
