Princes Square
An Iconic World All Under One Roof
Located at the heart of Buchanan Street, this iconic 19th century building was voted Scotland’s favourite historic building and offers unrivalled premium surroundings in Glasgow for a unique shopping experience. Since being acquired by M Core in 2024, we partnered to create a repositioning strategy focused on attracting design-led, values-driven brands and restoring the centre’s status as a distinctive retail and dining destination in the heart of the city.
Digital Redesign
The website was redesigned to support a refreshed leasing strategy centred on premium fashion, contemporary dining and all-day experiences.
The placemaking graphics around Princes Square split the building into 4 strategically branded zones — Luxury, Fashion, Flavour and Cinema — and in order to deliver on the M Core vision of curating a compelling mix of brands that elevate the visitor experience, the website had to mirror this.
This concurrent on-site and online transformation was designed to resonate strongly with the current market, and has delivered a series of high-profile lettings and significant tenant investment throughout the year as a result.
Social Media Strategy
A tactical social media strategy was key to re-positioning Princes Square as not just a shopping centre, but as a thriving community hub and perfect day and night-time destination to shop, sip and socialise in Glasgow.
A combination of organic posting and collaborations with local micro-influencers showcases everything from the building's iconic architecture and community events that elevate awareness and interest, to the in-store offers and promotions that influence decisions and drive actions.
Sales Presentations
Cloud-based interactive pitch presentations showcasing compelling facts, stats and floor plans were designed for the sales teams to leverage during warm and cold outreach to prospective tenants.
"Princes Square continues to attract ambitious, design-conscious and values-led brands. Ethical fashion aligns perfectly with the direction in which the scheme is evolving."
