SRVO - pronounced (Ser-vo) launched in January 2025, following the merger of three well-established, regional property services consultancies – Shaw & Co, Cardoe Martin and Trinity Surveyors – which were all acquired as part of the rapid and ongoing expansion of the Odevo Group in the UK. The newly established business wanted to launch as something memorable and relevant to their service offer, while keeping a visual connection to their Swedish parent company (Odevo).
Brand Identity
A series of surveys and workshops were held with stakeholders from each of the 3 businesses to establish key aspects of the new brand identity, as well as consultations with the key management teams to shape the thinking around the new name and brand identity.
Website
The new digital identity has a differentiated aesthetic designed with audiences, flexibility and usability in mind. The website had to reflect SRVO's core offerings of knowledge, expertise, geographic reach and diversity of services.
Brand Activation
Rebranding and renaming were the perfect opportunity to establish SRVO as a property service & real estate services entity rather than just a surveying business.
name 'srvo' was chosen to resonate with their customers, based on an analysis of their key audiences, business strategy and core values.
